Training & Support

Al’s Chicago Style will train the primary Franchisee and one other individual at our corporate training store located in Gilbert, Arizona. The initial training will take place over 7 days and will cover all aspects of food production, store operations, financial controls and local store marketing. Each day will be split between classroom learning and hands on training in the store. In addition, an operations field consultant will assist you with the opening of your store and will provide you with ongoing support throughout the life of your Franchise agreement. This ongoing support will include monthly on site visits, weekly phone consultations and on line support. As your business partners, we are committed to your success.
